Welcome to my Interior World, where my journey is all about books, thoughts, and even some interior designs.

I changed the header here last night.  Only a slight change, but nowadays I am saving the headers on a separate page so I can see where I’ve been with my “look.”

Upcoming books are tantalizing me, and one is actually headed my way:

I See You, by Clare Mackintosh, is arriving soon from Amazon Vine.  I’ve seen two book covers.  Which do you like best?

Synopsis:  The author of the New York Times bestseller I Let You Go propels readers into a dark and claustrophobic thriller, in which a normal, everyday woman becomes trapped in the confines of her normal, everyday world…
Every morning and evening, Zoe Walker takes the same route to the train station, waits at a certain place on the platform, finds her favorite spot in the car, never suspecting that someone is watching her…

It all starts with a classified ad. During her commute home one night, while glancing through her local paper, Zoe sees her own face staring back at her; a grainy photo along with a phone number and a listing for a website called

Other women begin appearing in the same ad, a different one every day, and Zoe realizes they’ve become the victims of increasingly violent crimes—including murder. With the help of a determined cop, she uncovers the ad’s twisted purpose…A discovery that turns her paranoia into full-blown panic. Zoe is sure that someone close to her has set her up as the next target.

And now that man on the train—the one smiling at Zoe from across the car—could be more than just a friendly stranger. He could be someone who has deliberately chosen her and is ready to make his next move…

I loved I Let You Go (click for my review), and this one sounds even better!

The Marriage Lie, by Kimberly Belle, has had some great reviews…so even though I haven’t yet read this author, I’ve bookmarked it on Amazon.  It’s coming December 27!

Everyone has secrets…
Iris and Will have been married for seven years, and life is as close to perfect as it can be. But on the morning Will flies out for a business trip to Florida, Iris’s happy world comes to an abrupt halt: another plane headed for Seattle has crashed into a field, killing everyone on board and, according to the airline, Will was one of the passengers.
Grief stricken and confused, Iris is convinced it all must be a huge misunderstanding. Why did Will lie about where he was going? And what else has he lied about? As Iris sets off on a desperate quest to uncover what her husband was keeping from her, the answers she finds shock her to her very core.
Finally…a new Lisa Gardner, Right Behind You, coming on January 31.  (This past week, I read a short story, The 4th Man, with an excerpt from this novel after it.  So…of course I was tempted even more!).

Lisa Gardner’s next thriller following her runaway New York Times bestseller Find Her takes her wildly popular brand of suspense to new heights.

Is he a hero?

Eight years ago, Sharlah May Nash’s older brother beat their drunken father to death with a baseball bat in order to save both of their lives. Now thirteen years old, Sharlah has finally moved on. About to be adopted by retired FBI profiler Pierce Quincy and his partner, Rainie Conner, Sharlah loves one thing best about her new family: They are all experts on monsters.

Is he a killer?

Then the call comes in. A double murder at a local gas station, followed by reports of an armed suspect shooting his way through the wilds of Oregon. As Quincy and Rainie race to assist, they are forced to confront mounting evidence: The shooter may very well be Sharlah’s older brother, Telly Ray Nash, and it appears his killing spree has only just begun.

All she knows for sure: He’s back.

Temptation, thy name is Amazon, Goodreads, and other bloggers….but I love the tease!  Do you have upcoming releases on your list?  Are you eagerly awaiting anything in particular?
