Reflections

Since the beginning days at this site, I’ve been exploring the blogging community.

What I found was completely unexpected.

I discovered like-minded individuals who loved to read and write about their thoughts on reading.

Later, I would come to merge some of my other blogs with this one, in order to expand what I do here.

I’m hoping that some of you will stop by and share your own thoughts about this great, new and wonderful blogging world.

3/19/14:

I came here today to ponder my earlier reflections…and to do an update.

In my usual obsessive style, I did a makeover here, with a new header, background, and theme.  Since my last entry, I have merged two of my writing blogs and now have eleven sites.  Perhaps I could stay the course for now!

Meanwhile, my newest novel, Interior Designs, is finally in production.  Yes, it should be out and about by April…as the cover design is underway and the interior proofs have been completed.  Once the book is up and running, I will update my website, the Interior Designs Facebook Page, my page at Author’s Den, and Goodreads.

I had started Interior Designs during NaNoWriMo of 2010, completing the first 52,000 + pages.  Then I worked on it on and off until earlier this year.  It had several readers and many edits.  I am very excited to bring it to life!

4/28/12:

Can you believe that it’s been almost two years since I added some reflections here?  Well, no worries.  I’ve been busily writing posts at my various blogs.  They now number twelve.  Yes, I’ve gone up and down in my numbers, with a high of twenty at one point.

Combining the features of some of them has been an improvement, in my opinion.

Today I’m enjoying a fairly nice day, and planning an outing for lunch later.  I wrote about that here at my Weekend Potpourri post.

My current read:

9-9-10:

Today I’m reading a book from a favorite author, Lisa Unger.  Fragile is slightly different from her other books, but I’m excited to explore and reflect about it.

Please leave your thoughts. Comments, not awards, feed my soul. Thanks!
