Good morning! Today’s post will link up to The Sunday Salon and The Sunday Post for weekly updates.
Mailbox Monday is hosted at the home site: Mailbox Monday.
And let’s join Kathryn, our leader in It’s Monday! What Are You Reading?, at Book Date.

My quiet week produced one book read and reviewed, two blog posts, and the viewing of a series I enjoyed (Body of Proof).
Here are the details:
BOOKISH FRIDAY: “IT’S ONE OF US”
Review: It’s One of Us, by J. T. Ellison
***
INCOMING BOOK: (A REREAD)
***
That was my week. I hope to read more in the upcoming weeks, and increase my blog visiting. What will your week look like?

Looks like we are alike in a quiet week. I have been off my computer for a few days and now think I had better try and catch up!! A book that is a reread – must have been good.

Thanks, Kathryn, I loved the book, and there was also a movie which I really enjoyed, but it was a VHS tape, so that doesn’t work anymore, lol. I’ve tried to find it on Prime Video or as a DVD, without luck.

Balance. It’s all about balance. I wish I was better at it too…..should I sit and read or go write the review for the book I just finished? Should I clean up the kitchen or update the blog? Should I sit and watch TV with hubby or go for a walk between rainstorms? Decisions, decisions….and none are wrong but setting some sort of priority is SO hard sometimes. Hope you have a terrific week.

Thanks, Terrie, good thoughts! My balance has been out of whack lately, but there have been good things, like family visits.
Enjoy your week.

A quiet week can be very therapeutic – so long as the quietude doesn’t go on too long! Have a good week, Laura-Rain:).

I read a book by Dominick Dunne years ago and remember enjoying it. I look forward to your thoughts on An Inconvenient Woman. Have a great week!

Thanks, Katherine, I also had a movie based on the book, but lost it in my move of 2019. I’m trying to find a replacement. The book and movie were both good.

I think that’s the shortest post I’ve ever seen from you! I was going on and on in mine (as usual trying to finish it on Monday morning, never having it ready to go) and I realized I had left one book completely off my list. A quiet week sounds divine to me!

Have you seen the sun lately? Or is the rain still there? It’s hard to beat Dominick Dunne. And thanks for telling me about Ephron’s Left on Tenth memoir (I think I heard about it here) … and it was very good. Have a great week.
