A week with some rain, a lot of cozy times indoors, and two books read and reviewed. I wrote five blog posts. I enjoyed some time viewing Hallmark Mystery movies, like Aurora Teagarden, Hailey Dean Mysteries, Ruby Herring Murder Mysteries, and Darrow & Darrow. I also enjoyed some episodes of Season 10 of Doc Martin.
No outings this week, and I didn’t miss them! The coziness kept me happy each day.
Now…let’s take a peek at the details of reading and blogging:

TUESDAY EXCERPTS: “THE GIRLFRIEND”
MONTHLY WRAP-UP: HELLO, NOVEMBER…
BOOKISH FRIDAY: “THE PRISONER”
Review: Such a Pretty Girl, by T. Greenwood
Review: The Girlfriend, by K. L. Slater

That was my week! A little reading, some blogging, and lots of coziness. I enjoy being surrounded by some of my favorite things, like the Coca Cola dining set and the Baker’s Rack. The Mary Engelbreit plates on the wall always cheer me up!

I enjoyed THE PRISONER…not as good as usual, but good nonetheless.
I love Aurora Teagarden. I watch the mysteries on the Hallmark Channel.
Have a nice weekend and week.

I’ve watched all those Hallmark movies. Fun, aren’t they? I did record one in September I still haven’t watched. It’s one my DVR somewhere. Honestly, my DVR is so backed up right now, I need to start watching stuff off of it.

Thanks, Mark, I enjoy having a DVR again. After I moved to this apartment, I finally had one again. But I usually watch shows on my laptop. I should use the TV more!
Enjoy your week.

A balance because your previous week was busy people wise. I bet you are forging ahead on Doc Martin. I’ve just watched three. Chuckled quite a bit.

Thanks, Kathryn, I always get a chuckle out of Doc Martin, too. He and that dog sure have their issues, lol.

I think that we all need cosy time. Two books is great! We have had a fair amount of rain and flooding in the village – not our end luckily – mainly just roads, but that has hampered my partner driving into work!
Have a great week ahead!

Thanks, Martha, I am enjoying The Prisoner. I like that the story alternates between before and after, which keeps it from being too dreary.
Enjoy your week.

I love the Aurora Teagarden Mysteries on Hallmark. I like the movies more than the two books in the series that I read. I want to watch all the mystery series on Hallmark. So far I’ve only watched Aurora Teagarden, Murder She Baked, Crossword Mysteries, and the Flower Shop Mysteries. I’ve watch a few other Hallmark mystery movies, but not series. I have work to do! 🙂

Thanks, Meezan, I love the ones you mentioned…and also I like Garage Sale Mysteries.
Yes, once I’ve watched the movies, I’m not intrigued by the books, lol. I think I’m more of a “movie” person, but books are also my thing.

Garage Sale Mysteries is definitely on my must watch list. I love movies as well. I watch about 5 Hallmark movies a week, with some other kinds of movies mixed in occassionally. 🙂
