Good morning! Today’s post will link up to The Sunday Salon, The Sunday Post and Stacking the Shelves, for weekly updates.
Mailbox Monday is hosted at the home site: Mailbox Monday.
And let’s join Kathryn, our leader in It’s Monday! What Are You Reading?, at Book Date.
We have left another week behind us, with a new month just ahead. How did that happen? I did read and review three books this week, and one of them will be my first for the 2021 Nonfiction Reading Challenge!
I only wrote five blog posts, however. I have been bingeing on Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime...and I am really loving the HBO Max documentary Allen Vs. Farrow. I also just began viewing Ginny & Georgia.
So you can see why I have blogged less!
Now I’m sipping another cup of coffee while we take a closer look at my week.

That was my week! What did yours look like? Now let’s all prepare for March St. Patrick’s Day luck…

I LOVE Ginny and Georgia…spent way too much time on it this week.
I love your special cup. It always makes them extra special when SOMEONE special gave it/them to you!

Thanks, Rae, I find myself only drinking my coffee out of that mug! It cheers me up.
I plan to watch more of Ginny and Georgia this weekend. Enjoy your books and your week.

Ooh The Therapist! I’ve read a BA PAris book and would try another. And I love binging- when you find a good show it’s nice just to curl up and keep going. 🙂
Hope you’re having a great weekend!

Thanks, Greg, binging is my favorite thing to do on the weekend…and some evenings. We have lousy cable TV here, lol. (Basic), but I don’t want to pay more for all the movies and channels I used to have. I just subscribe to streaming services.
I hope to LOVE The Therapist…I am a fan of BA Paris. Enjoy your week.

One of my neighbors has taken to looking carefully through the clover in her yard for four-leaf clovers which she laminates and gives out to others. I guess you can’t have too many lucky items during this crazy time.
Three 5-star reads? And you “only” wrote five blog posts? That’s a great reading week.
Here’s to a March in which we are able to venture out more and more!

Thanks, Deb, as I was writing this post, I was surprised to realize that all the books earned 5 stars! LOL. But I knew that I loved them.
Last year, just before St. Patrick’s Day, my LA son, who had opened up an Irish pub a few months before, was ecstatic about the event they had planned. But then the Pandemic hit! They have had outside service whenever that is allowed. Very disappointing year for him, though.
We all need luck!

Is Marcia Clarke THE Marcia Clarke associated with OJ Simpson? Is this fiction or nonfiction? I’m interested. My Sunday Salon post this week

I’m going to have to watch Ginny & Georgia! You got a lot done over the week! I’m running the Chicago Shamrock Shuffle for St. Patrick’s day (virtually) will not be the same as doing it on the streets of downtown Chicago with 40K other people wearing green! Hoping for better days ahead-

I hope so, too, Victoria. It’s hard to believe that we’ve been in this Pandemic for a year! More, actually, but we only became fully aware last March.
We are learning new ways to enjoy life, and that’s a good thing. I love Ginny & Georgia.

Thanks, Shelleyrae, I am loving the opportunity to dig into the nonfiction books that I have added to my shelves since I moved to this new place (almost two years ago!). I had to fill my empty bookshelf with hardcovers and paperbacks, since my “movers” (family members, lol) didn’t send the hundreds of books I had in my old place.
Enjoy your week.

Thanks, Mary, I didn’t realize during the week how my books were all earning five stars! That doesn’t happen all the time, but it tells me something about my enjoyment levels through the week.
I hope you have a great week! Glad you are enjoying Behind Her Eyes.

Thanks, Penelope, I agree about the flow of January and February. January was a month I wanted to get through, as there were so many horrible things happening. And then, finally something good near the end.
February skipped along, but then, it is a shorter month! LOL.
Let’s hope for a better March.

Well done on reading that non-fiction. I’d challenged myself to do the same this year but haven’t read any yet – though I HAVE read a few books out of my usual genres so there is still hope for me! Have a good week.

When we’re blogging about books, we’re not reading our books! Sometimes you just need to sit back and watch something and let the brain relax a bit! I DNF’d Jennifer Weiner’s last book, so I’m hesitant about trying her new one. I used to love her books way back, but didn’t keep up with her. Mrs. Everything got such rave reviews, but it left me flat. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this one!
