WEEKEND MEDITATIONS

Weekends are for catching up, relaxing, and maybe grabbing some time with friends and family.

Today, so far, I haven’t gone anywhere.  I’ve been blogging and reading.  Even the movies on my DVR were not what I had hoped….

Over on Snow Connections & Impressions, I wrote a bit about “me,” as called for in the meme.  And I changed the blog header to commemorate moments—snowy days—in the lives of my two granddaughters.

Then I hung out for awhile, visiting other blogs, and posted about books on my Wishlist.

While I was visiting Facebook, I saw a tidbit that drove me right over to Moonbeams & Rainbows, where I created a little soap magic.

Now I’m about to plunge back into this great book I’m reading—a story I should have read long ago.  But better late than never!

So far, To Kill A Mockingbird, by Harper Lee, is living up to all that I’ve heard about it.

Maybe I’ll shake things up a bit and take my book to the nearby bookstore/coffee shop.  That should give me a change of scenery, and the coffee will be tasty.

Hope you’ll stop by and share your own musings..
